RULES FOR ONLINE TRIVIA FUNDRAISER

1. ELIGIBILITY TO PLAY

  • Payment of Trivia entry fee:
  • Cash or Cheques may be given to Lynn Seabrook, Bonnie Lamb, or left with Roni Lester at the church main office between Tuesday to Friday 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.  
  • Cheques are payable to Stittsville United Church and noted as “Trivia Fundraiser”.
  • Include your name, address, phone number and email address.

2. WEEKLY TRIVIA QUESTIONS

  • Trivia questions will be included in Friday’s weekly church newsletter with a link to SUC’s website and Facebook page
  • Question categories include:
    • a member of our congregation
    • history or facts of our church
    • historic village of Stittsville
  • questions will remain available for duration of Online Trivia Fundraiser period March 5 to April 30, 2023 (9 weeks)

3. SUBMITTING ANSWERS

  • Answers may be made by email to the Church Office suchurch@primus.ca
  • Bonnie Lamb at blamb05@sympatico.ca
  • In writing and dropped off to the church’s Main Office mailbox located beside the Red Door (include your name and Trivia Week #).

4. HOW TO WIN

  • All answers must be received by May 7, 2023 (12:00 p.m.) close of Main Office Hours
  • Each correct answer scores 1 point. Player with most points wins. There will be 2nd place and 3rd place winners based on points ranking.
  • Winners will be announced at the Sunday service on May 14, 2023. Should there be any ties, names will be placed into a hat and drawn at the service.
